I Include Three Fixes To This Issue One Is with Different settings files in document, one fix makes use of a widescreen fix, and one requires physically plugging in an external display that supports the resolution these games are asking for.
The issue at hand is the default first run settings for these games are asking for a resolution that your current display, whether built-in or external, cannot switch into or is unavailable. This presents two issues; you can’t change display setting because the game won’t run for you to change it, if you never got the game running on your system then it never creates user preferences located in “USERNAME\Documents\” to be manually changed
Upon launching the game; the game will look for user preferences in the documents folder. If it is not there then it will run with default settings that were programmed into the game.
The good news is, once you get the games to actually run; aslong as you don’t delete files in “\USERNAME\Documents\GTA Vice City User Files” use should never have a problem with the games not running again granted you aren’t doing any kind of modding or something
The widescreen fix will work for GTA III, and GTA Vice City but it’s 50/50 on some displays or setups; if it will work with GTA San Andreas.

They include widescreen fixes for each game and user preferences for each game. They are now looking for resolutions of 720x1280 please back up your Game saves so they are not overwritten by my files you can transfer the whole folder if you’d like but the file you’re looking is “gta3.set” or .set as a file extension
If you would like a different resolution please comment below and I will include another link I wasn’t sure what to use as the more common resolutions GTA’s already asking for and if you here then your display doesn’t support it

If you would like to play Call Of Duty Black Ops II Zombies for PC Offline Without internet connection then you will need the files below
Whether you wanna play local or online you need an internet connection to actually start playing beyond the start menu. I’m not sure why this is the case as on PS3 you don’t need such connection and you could even play with your friends, locally, of course.
Previous patches worked to let you play offline, and let you play DLC Even though you weren’t entitled to them on Steam. However, whether or not you bought the DLC or just found it online; you can’t play with the Origins Map if you were using the offline patch. AFAIK I have the only fix to it as I compiled the files myself and couldn’t find them anywhere else online. This patch is still using redacted patch some may be familiar with
